How to Clean Windows Properly
If you don't want to spend money on products, you could make your own household concoctions. Rubbing alcohol, soda water, vinegar or any other home products when mixed with warm water will probably do the job just fine.
The trick to clean windows is to make sure that you use some kind of non-marring product to scrub your windows first. Sponges and cloths will work the best. Go over every spot of the window leaving nothing left behind. It's best to scrub from the top down so you don't have to redo any spot more than once.
Then once you are confident that you have scrubbed the entire surface of the window, the next step is to dry it off. Start first with a squeegee and filter all of the water off of the window. Then you can use a cloth to finish the drying process. The absolute best thing to use to dry the windows after the squeegee process is a dry newspaper. Just wad up an old (clean) newspaper and run it over the entire window. There are many ways to clean a window but rarely any of them will get a window as clean as using a newspaper to buff it once it is done. Clean windows often and the job will be easy to do.
